Worst calls and none cooperative staff at front desk, Front desk staff don`t know even single word in english . As per confirmation , food(Breakfast and dinner ) will be available at hotel by paying SAR 20 or 25. However it was not available while visited.

I will never stay in this hotel even on free

Nothing much. It is giving false information on the booking.com they should be removed from 3 star rating to 1 star rating

Price was much. Cleaning was next to zero. Room size was small. Seriously it was not a good experience at all. I request to the athoriites to revalidate this hotel. I wanted to check out 1 day earlier and they did not refund me for 1 day.

« Deception et arnaque »

Service de nettoyage des chambres quasiment absent. Si on le demande il faut rester mobiliser à côté de la chambre car ils ne disposent pas du double des clé. Wifi juste à la réception Aucun responsables de l'hôtel n'est présent au besoin, ni employés qualifiés à la réception, délaissement total. Prix très très élevé et services médiocres. Très déçu je me sens arnaqué autant par l'hôtel que par ceux qui le parrainent !!!!

The property is located almost 0.7km from AlHaramain.

Initially, the room given needed maintenance. But, the other room with proper amenities was provided within 2 hours after reporting. so, it was ok.

I highly do not recommend anyone to stay in this property.

It’s location was not bad

It was dirty, the air condition was not properly. The rooms were too small for 5 people, there was one toilet, even there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. What a shame! What they are advertising were completely opposite to what you see.

Poor quality hotel and too expensive for what you get.

Nothing really.

Poor quality hotel... Pretty expected from 2stars but the price is way high compared to what you get 690 SAR/night for two!!! I contacted booking to get reimbursed because of quality issues and high rate. They contacted the hotel management who simply just refused. Support from booking was pretty weak here. A lot of phone calls and waste of money to end up by saying please go and check with one of the non-decision making employees!! The hotel eneded up by proposing another room which was still not there. Conclusion: If you are looking for a decent family hotel in the holy city with a min confort to stay in peace with yourself and concentrate on your holy activities, run away from this hotel. If you just want somewhere to stay, it is ok but for 200-300 SAR per night for two. P.S.: I sent a detailed email to Booking with suggestions. Never got any response. My deception from Booking.com is even higher than from the hotel itself.

Distance stated is misleading and hotel is overpriced

Hotel was very overpriced and quite a distance from clock tower , it was not a five minute walk as stated on the booking.com website, the walk at a fast pace is at least 15 minutes when it is not crowded, 25 to 30 minutes when crowded, I noted also that the price once we arrived was less than half than the amount we paid, we paid SAR 14,000 for two rooms for four nights and when I checked again on booking.com on arrival the same four nights were available at 6900 riyals, not happy at all!

الموقع سيء و السعر مبالغ فيه و موقع الفندق ليس في واجهة الطريق او على الشارع كما يقولون

تعرضت للنصب والخداع حجزت في التطبيق وكان موقع الفندق يبعد عن المسجد الحرام 700 متر وتفاجأت في الموقع الحقيقي انه غير صحيح و يبعد كيلو و نصف تقريبا الفندق لا تستطيع الذهاب اليه مشي لانه يقع في مرتفع جبلي قيمة حجز ليلة واحدة في نفس اليوم من الفندق كانت 450 ريال و انا حجزت بمبلغ 913 ريال مع الضربية على البوكينج تعرضت للخداع وتضليل المعلومات الصحيحة في البوكينج عن الموقع الحقيقي على الواقع فقط تعامل الموظفين رائع لكني انتظرت اكثر من نصف ساعة

الفندق جداً سيئ وغير صادقين مع العملاء

لم يعجبني شي -

تم وضع عنوان اخر للفندق وذلك لإيهام النزلاء بان الفندق بجانب الحرم وهو غير صحيح - مسجلين ان الفندق يبعد عن برج الساعه 600 متر والحقيقه ان الفندق بمحبس الجن ويبعد عن الحرم تقريبا 1.7 كيلو متر - مكان الفندق فوق جبل مرتفع جداً ولا تتوفر سياره لتوصيل النزلاء من الشارع الى الفندق الذي يقع فوق الجبل - الاستقبال كان بيخصم مني المبلغ مره ثانيه مع اني دافع في بوكينق وتم ابلاغهم بهذا الشي - سعر الليه جداً مبالغ فيها بالمقارنه مع الفنادق الي بجانبه .

The place was not very far from Haram Shareef .

The light bulbs went off often. Hotel could be cleaned, and staff more friendly and answerable and WiFi could work at all the floors . But we were there to be at Haram Shareef, so all these were passable .
