The hotel location is fake and it is fare from the shared location. also the hotel number is not correct. we have found our self in different hotel location where there is no booking and the correct hotel location is in mahbass el jen.

It’s location was not bad

It was dirty, the air condition was not properly. The rooms were too small for 5 people, there was one toilet, even there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. What a shame! What they are advertising were completely opposite to what you see.

Worst calls and none cooperative staff at front desk, Front desk staff don`t know even single word in english . As per confirmation , food(Breakfast and dinner ) will be available at hotel by paying SAR 20 or 25. However it was not available while visited.

Nothing much. It is giving false information on the booking.com they should be removed from 3 star rating to 1 star rating

Price was much. Cleaning was next to zero. Room size was small. Seriously it was not a good experience at all. I request to the athoriites to revalidate this hotel. I wanted to check out 1 day earlier and they did not refund me for 1 day.

Hotel was very overpriced and quite a distance from clock tower , it was not a five minute walk as stated on the booking.com website, the walk at a fast pace is at least 15 minutes when it is not crowded, 25 to 30 minutes when crowded, I noted also that the price once we arrived was less than half than the amount we paid, we paid SAR 14,000 for two rooms for four nights and when I checked again on booking.com on arrival the same four nights were available at 6900 riyals, not happy at all!

The place was not very far from Haram Shareef .

The light bulbs went off often. Hotel could be cleaned, and staff more friendly and answerable and WiFi could work at all the floors . But we were there to be at Haram Shareef, so all these were passable .

Poor quality hotel... Pretty expected from 2stars but the price is way high compared to what you get 690 SAR/night for two!!! I contacted booking to get reimbursed because of quality issues and high rate. They contacted the hotel management who simply just refused. Support from booking was pretty weak here. A lot of phone calls and waste of money to end up by saying please go and check with one of the non-decision making employees!! The hotel eneded up by proposing another room which was still not there. Conclusion: If you are looking for a decent family hotel in the holy city with a min confort to stay in peace with yourself and concentrate on your holy activities, run away from this hotel. If you just want somewhere to stay, it is ok but for 200-300 SAR per night for two. P.S.: I sent a detailed email to Booking with suggestions. Never got any response. My deception from Booking.com is even higher than from the hotel itself.

Then entrance was too filthy No concept of House Keeping nobody came to clean the room or toilet during my 7 days stay despite repeated calls and reminders

airconditioning was not clean, the stuff didn't clean the room, not hygienic, wifi was not working well. We asked several times for some stuff and didn't received it, while the said they would bring it.

The property is located almost 0.7km from AlHaramain.

Initially, the room given needed maintenance. But, the other room with proper amenities was provided within 2 hours after reporting. so, it was ok.
