The hotel location is fake and it is fare from the shared location. also the hotel number is not correct. we have found our self in different hotel location where there is no booking and the correct hotel location is in mahbass el jen.

The place was not very far from Haram Shareef .

The light bulbs went off often. Hotel could be cleaned, and staff more friendly and answerable and WiFi could work at all the floors . But we were there to be at Haram Shareef, so all these were passable .

Poor quality hotel and too expensive for what you get.
Nothing really.
Poor quality hotel... Pretty expected from 2stars but the price is way high compared to what you get 690 SAR/night for two!!! I contacted booking to get reimbursed because of quality issues and high rate. They contacted the hotel management who simply just refused. Support from booking was pretty weak here. A lot of phone calls and waste of money to end up by saying please go and check with one of the non-decision making employees!! The hotel eneded up by proposing another room which was still not there. Conclusion: If you are looking for a decent family hotel in the holy city with a min confort to stay in peace with yourself and concentrate on your holy activities, run away from this hotel. If you just want somewhere to stay, it is ok but for 200-300 SAR per night for two. P.S.: I sent a detailed email to Booking with suggestions. Never got any response. My deception from Booking.com is even higher than from the hotel itself.

The stuff didn't clean the room. We asked several times for some stuff, but didn't receive it.
I expected something different. Disappointed
We stayed for 3 nights. For short stay it's ok. Next time I would book another hotel. The stuff didn't clean the room, not hygienic. We asked several times for some stuff, but didn't receive it, while they said they would bring it. Wifi was also not working well.
